On the top floor (4th), the entire condo opens to the outside, with a wall of glass leading onto the lanai, which can either be enclosed with glass or open to the outdoors and sea breezes, with views to the mountains and an ocean peek. Lush foliage surrounds the lanai, creating privacy, with shade screens, as well. The 1365 sq. ft. unit features marble counters in both the kitchen and bath, limestone flooring on the lanai, and modern new wood-look tile. The 300 sq. ft. lanai offers an additional sleeping area, with a double bed, and the living room couch also folds out as a bed. The spacious bedroom includes a Teak California king-sized bed, and also opens directly to the lanai. The bathroom features travertine flooring, a soaking tub, an over-sized shower, and separate sink and prep space. The kitchen is fully outfitted to enjoy cooking at home. The grounds are outrageously lush, with koi ponds running through it, leading to the pool and beach. A fully equipped exercise room has ocean and beach views, as does the on-site library. Fine dining or casual fare can be found by walking next door, to the Kahala Hotel and Resort, at Hoku’s, Plumeria Beach House, The Veranda, Seaside Grill, or Arancino’s (reservations ahead are highly recommended).
