Welcome to our 4-bedroom cabin located up on the hill towards Mt Baldy, just 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort! The cabin has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is a great option for groups of family or friends that want a quieter setting while still being close to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
The Space:
This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin has a location and layout that allows guests to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer at any time of the year! The kitchen, dining room, and living room share the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal at home, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with four seats. The dining table is off of the kitchen and has seating for 8. The living room has comfortable furniture, a wood stove, and a flat screen TV and has access to the deck, which has a grill. The main floor of the house has the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, wood stove, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note, this is the only bathroom on the main floor.
The upper level of the house has two bedrooms and a reading nook/work desk. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower/tub that is conveniently located by the bedrooms. The basement of the cabin has a twin over twin bunk bed, a queen bed, and a sofa with a queen-sized pull-out bed. The basement has access to the one car garage and a washer and dryer. Please note, there is no bathroom in the basement currently.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage.
The Neighborhood:
This area of Breckenridge is peaceful and quiet and sought after for its incredible views. There are many hiking, biking, and cross country skiing trails nearby. Downtown Breckenridge, which has an excellent variety of dining and shopping on its historic Main Street and the world-class ski resort, is only a 10-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Downtown Breckenridge is only a 10-minute drive away. AWD/4WD is required from November to May. Uber and Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note:
There are just 2 full bathrooms, one is en suite in the master bedroom and one is shared.
Smoking is strictly NOT allowed inside or outside the Rental Property. A smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside/outside.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Interaction with Guests:
We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.
House Rules:

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
