Two story Lake House right on the Lake! Just built in 2024 tall ceilings with very unique designs . Sits on large cove with immaculate sunset view! Has a big, covered dock with a nice large swim platform, plenty of seating areas, kayak, and open boat slip to tie up a boat or wet bikes for plenty of fun in the sun. Has a covered paved patio with ceiling fan for comfort throughout the day while you are relaxing or grilling. There are three bedrooms on the top floor with a full bathroom as you enter the property and another bedroom on the bottom floor with a full bathroom. The bottom floor has a full kitchen, kitchen table, seating area for watching TV, and a laundry room. Walk out of bottom floor directly onto paved covered patio with another table, ceiling fan, patio chairs and a grill. There is also a fire pit off to the side of the patio for nighttime relaxation.
