My husband and I set out to create our dream vacation home here under the Arizona sun, and we infused it with every thoughtful touch and detail we could want for. Now we’d like to share it with you!
Whether you’re staying for a long weekend or several months, this upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features two master suites, both with adjoining Jack and Jill bathrooms and 40” TVs. A third bedroom features two twin-XLs beds, and all bedrooms offer a choice of firm or soft pillows, and white-noise machines to lull you to sleep. Get the temperature perfect with central air / heat plus remote controlled ceiling fans in every bedroom.
Open the sliding back door onto your expansive outdoor living space! Float away in your sparkling private heated pool, or lay out under the sun in reclining lounge chairs. Let Fido play in the oversized backyard (fully fenced) with grassy area. Doggy toys provided along with indoor dog bed.
On a workcation? Be productive in two working spaces with desks, office chairs, 150 Mbps wifi, and laser printer. Plenty of extra outlets and USB ports in the main living space and on all nightstands. But don’t work too much! Sign off early and kick back on the comfy sectional in the main living space to watch a flick on the 50” flat screen TV (DVD player included), then pause to whip up a snack in the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen with filtered water, Cuisinart cookware, air-fryer, Ninja blender, Keurig, and more.
On a perfect Arizona evening, head outside to make dinner on the Weber grill, then serve it on the outdoor dining set. Fire up the patio heater on those chilly winter nights, or break out the cantilever umbrella to fend off the summer sun. After taking in a painted-sky sunset, gather in the adirondacks around the fire pit for s’mores, or curl up to chat on the patio sectional under the soft glow of string-lights.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
FIRES: Note that indoor and outdoor fires are prohibited in Maricopa county from May through the end of September due to the extreme heat and dryness.
POOL HEATER: While we have a pool heater, during the winter months, we recommend using our pool cover at night if you want to keep the pool as warm as possible. Instructions will be provided. Pool heaters are not needed from mid May until late September.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Your safety matters. There are 4 security cameras recording audio/video: One located at the front door, one inside the garage, one at the back yard gate, and one at the back patio door. All are aimed to capture entrances and none look into any interior spaces. These are used to ensure that only authorized guests and service providers are on the property. We have noise monitoring devices inside and outside the home to alert us to levels of volume that would disturb neighbors. They cannot record conversations nor allow us to listen in.
Guests have access to all areas of the property except one locked hall closet upstairs.
