You won’t be disappointed with our clean and comfortable space. The condo is in a nice quiet area of Chicago and within 2 miles of Midway Airport. This is a 2nd floor unit and the tenant on the first level occupies a nail salon which is cool if you’re in need of a manicure or pedicure. The nail salon closes by 7pm so you will have the building to yourself. There are plenty of windows so you can enjoy the natural light throughout the day. The rooftop patio is attached and is not shared with anyone. You can relax on the patio to take in some fresh air or take a smoke since smoking is not allowed in the unit. Heat lamps and additional patio furniture will be provided in April or May depending on our Chicago weather.
Archer Heights has plenty of great restaurants and local bars including Obbies Pizza and the Mini Hut both of which was featured on Chicago’s Best. Obbies is conveniently located two doors down from the unit and The Mini Hut is located across the street from the unit. Home Run Inn Pizza, Portillo’s Beef are just a few others that are within a mile of the unit. Trust me when I say the variety of cuisines are amazing in this area. Whether your stay is adults only or kids the area has plenty to do to make your stay enjoyable. Fleetwood Skating Rink, Armaga Virtual Reality Entertainment, Urban Air, Brookfield Zoo, Haunted Trails and 2 indoor Shopping Malls are all nearby. Downtown Chicago is one bus ride away. The bus stop is right across the street for your convenience. Transitchicago.com will provide service information and fares. If you’re traveling by car the interstate is five minutes from the unit which will take you directly into the heart of downtown in about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The Magnificent Mile is just one of many tourist attractions downtown. Chicago is a beautiful city and I hope you enjoy your stay.
The Space:
This 2nd floor unit is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together to experience the City of Chicago. The living area has comfortable seating arrangement for all guest to enjoy watching your favorite movie or show on a 65” Smart TV which includes Streaming Service apps of your choice. There are board games as well which can be enjoyed together. The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils that are needed for a nice home cooked meal. It’s equipped with dinnerware, glassware, and a few seasonings if you need them. There is a coffee machine, panini maker and toaster as well. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a very spacious bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and lastly the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed also. An air mattress can be found in the master bedroom closet with a set of sheets and a comforter. I’ve provided extra blankets as well if you need them. The laundry area is for your personal use only. Please refrain from washing any linen or towels. If any extras are needed, please contact me and I will provide.
