Great location in the heart of Tempe. Close to ASU, Scottsdale and the geographic center of the valley. Be near great restaurants, shopping, spring training, golf, nightlife, Mill Avenue and much more. This dedicated vacation rental house is a great alternative to a hotel or other owner occupied houses.
This home was decked out for the seasoned traveler that wants to have some fun. Whether it is a trip with family or friends we included amenities that many vacation rentals simply do not have in this price range. For starters we have a dedicated home theater room with 7.1 surround sound and a 9' X 5" screen. The projector is state of the art and the four leather theater seats recline for your viewing pleasure. Great for watching your favorite sports or a classic movie. Also, in the home theater room we include Foosball, which is the ultimate classic table game.
Four bedrooms include a master suite with a California King SIze Bed, adjoining bath and television. A second bedroom with two twin extra long beds that can be adjoined into a king size bed. Bedroom three and four include Queen Size Beds. All sheets and comforters are made of high quality fabrics and foam mattresses are used throughout for comfort. Bedroom two-four share a full bath.
A full kitchen and dining area for six are included as well. We supply all of the essentials to cook from home if you decide not to go out to the many restaurants nearby.
Last but certainly not least you can relax in our private hot tub or play a game of table tennis just for the fun of it.
