Escape to this four-bedroom, three-bath home to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hawaiian cowboy country! Thoughtfully designed, this 1,899-square-foot retreat is designed as two separate suites with a private two-bedroom suite downstairs with a bar and Jacuzzi and a two-bedroom suite upstairs with a fully equipped kitchen. (Both floors are completely private and accessed via exterior stairs.)
Located in Waimea, this rental is surrounded by lush pastures and working ranches, including Parker Ranch. When you’re ready for a day by the waves, it’s a 15-minute drive to Spencer Beach Park. Guests will be less than one mile from terrific restaurants in town. Waimea's altitude provides a cooler climate than Kona, and the home's ideal crossroad location makes it easy to travel between the east and west sides of the island. Awaa Place is located on the desired dry side of Waimea, only two minutes from town. There are beaches, restaurants, hiking trails, star gazing, ATV, bike tours, horseback riding, and more.
Two well-appointed decks set the scene for outdoor relaxation and nighttime stargazing. Inside, you’ll find handsome koa and teak accents as well as comfy furnishings and a home office with a two-person desk. Cozy up on the sofas in the main living area. The primary bedroom boasts a California king bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the lower deck. The adjacent bath has a walk-in shower and a luxe jetted bathtub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest room has a full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom holds a full-size bed.

Access to the front door is via a flight of exterior stairs.
Guests must use the outdoor stairs to travel between the two floors.
