The newly renovated dock has a kayak launch & ladder for easy access. The water is deep enough for a pontoon, deck boat or mid sized speedboat. There is a public park and basketball court just a few houses down. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Please use life vests when kayaking. Enjoy the wading herons, waterfowl, and eagles. Kitchen has filtered water, a Keurig coffee & tea bar, gas stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, backing sheet, large crab pot, and everything you need for cooking, or use the gas outdoor grill for homemade barbecue. There are stairs at all entrances, not handicap accessible. Note that the kayaks and dock are not available from October to April. The bistro lights on the deck have been removed, but there are porch lights.
