Summary: This is in a great spot & close to everything around Waikiki. We only had one big issue during our stay. Power was lost in our building & nobody came around to inform us of the issue. After using the contacts provided it still took some time to actually speak to someone. The outage lasted approximately from 3:30 am-6:30 pm which sucked as I had work to do while on vacation. The management team sent me an email stating that we’d receive a 75 refund to which we still haven’t seen yet. But besides that one issue. The place is really nice & cozy. We’d definitely give this place another try in the future. All in all, great location & nice lil room. The staff needs a bit more training on how to handle any future issues to get information to their guests.
