From the granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms to the beautiful tile flooring to the teak tables and chairs on the lanai, this unit really shines. In both directions there are countless shops, delightful restaurants, bars with live music, a farmers market, historical sites, beaches, and more, all within walking distance of this beautiful condo. From your lanai you can watch tourists walking by as they explore the town, canoe clubs practicing, cruise ships when they are in town, spinner dolphins in the bay many mornings, humpback whales sometimes in the winter, yellow tangs in the water, and athletes competing in the world famous IRONMAN Triathlon in October, all without ever leaving your condo. The common area includes a large, well-maintained swimming pool and barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo comes with a free assigned parking space.
Please note that because the condo is among restaurants and shops, you will hear pedestrians and vehicles through dinner time. Kailua-Kona is a sleepy village, though, and it usually gets quiet after 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends.
