Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short-term vacation rental company, we are not part of the hotel. The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St walking distance to everything. Take a short stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. A short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, replenish towels or toiletries, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.
PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (Price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient.
CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.
