A beautiful & private home on 1 acre in Kona Palisades! Our home is in an ideal location at nearly 1,400 ft. elevation to take advantage of cooler temperatures, while being just minutes from the airport, beaches, and Kailua-Kona town (driving minutes, not walkable).
Enjoy a vaulted living room ceiling, 2 covered lanais, and thoughtful finishes throughout our home. Set on a single level, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, with a spacious roundabout driveway and green grassy lawns.
Caretaker lives on property.
The space:
Spacious and open concept 1,500 sq. ft floor plan, plus two large lanais for outdoor relaxing. The two dining tables seat 8 people, as well as 4 person seating at the kitchen counter bar. The primary bedroom has space for a pack-n-play crib as well as a large walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have showers - no bathtubs. Please note: there is no air conditioning as the climate is temperate year round.
The property is 1 acre with two terraces of green grassy lawns. There is plenty of parking for cars in the large roundabout driveway (shared with caretaker).

Guests have access to main home, 2 lanais, yard, driveway and laundry (in garage, but no access to parking in garage).
