- Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly $35 plus tax resort fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. Resort Fee includes Guest internet access; 2 bottles of water per day; Fitness and Cultural activities; 10% discount on daily parking fee; 25% off daybed rental.
- Please be advised, if parking on site there will be a $34.95 plus tax valet charge per night.
- Minimum check-in age is 18.
- Children are welcome, though cribs/infant beds are not available.
- Rollaway beds are available for a fee of $75 per night (limit 1 per room) - due to size some room types will not allow a rollaway bed.
- ADA rooms available on request.
- There is a General Excise Tax and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax which will be collected upon check-in.
- The Modern is a hotel that is being converted into a timeshare property. Although our rooms are not currently equipped with the typical amenities our members have become accustomed to (refrigerators, microwaves, washer/dryer), we will do our best to deliver a memorable vacation experience. We are presently in the planning stages with the goal to renovate and refresh the accommodations in the near future. During this time, the hotel rooms will not have kitchens or kitchenettes.
- Housekeeping is provided every fourth day.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.
